Advanced Ballet

Advanced Beginning Ballet is designed for all students desiring to further or revisit their Classical Ballet experience. The class follows the traditional Ballet format, starting with exercises at the barre and continuing on to combinations in the center. Developing strength, proper technique, musicality and performance skills is the focus of this 90 min class

Jazz

Focuses on the importance of technique through across the floor exercises and combinations. ALL AGES & LEVELS WELCOME!!

Modern

This class will encourage dancers to perform movements through expression and emotion.  ALL AGES & LEVELS WELCOME!!

Youth Hip Hop

No experience necessary! This one-hour class will focus on basic Hip Hop steps utilizing across-the-floor and center-floor combinations, set to classic and contemporary Hip Hop music.

Tai Chi

“T’ai-chi” can be roughly translated as “ultimate integrity.” It’s a movement practice and a living philosophy that’s based on thousands of years of Chinese martial art science. As we learn the T’ai-chi form we leave behind habitual, poorly integrated motions and discover movements that are fluid, relaxed, centered, rooted, and free of struggle. Chinese health traditions know that practicing T’ai-chi with diligence generates balance, grace, and general life energy. Students need nothing but an open mind, but a commitment of at least several weeks is recommended to start the process of discovery.
