760.709.1889PAYMENTS, REGISTRATION, and SIGN-IN
Each dancer is required to fill out and sign a registration form prior to participation in the first class. Dancers under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian signature in order to participate. Please come to your first class 5 minutes early to allow time for registration.
Each dancer must sign-in with first and last name on the appropriate class sign-in sheet prior to participation in each class. Upon pick-up, parents are required to sign-out dancers participating in Pretty Princess Pre-Ballet, Petite Ballerina, and Ballet 1 (ages 7-12).
Payment must be made prior to participation in each class. Please see the “rates” section of the website for drop-in and package rates. Checks should be written to “Le Centre”, with the student’s first and last name on the memo line.
ATTIRE
Appropriate, non-restricting attire is required in order to be able to express movement and in order for your instructor to adequately assess and coach movement during class. For safety, and to be able to move to your maximum potential, each class begins with a stretching/warm-up segment. Attire must not restrict the dancer from being able to stretch/warm-up, and dance. Leotards and tights, fitted tees and tank tops, camisoles, leggings, jazz pants, yoga pants, and shorts that allow you to move in them, are acceptable. Looser fitting sweatpants and t-shirts are acceptable for hip hop classes. Jeans are not acceptable.
Dancers may choose to dance barefoot, or wear shoes appropriate to the class. This includes ballet slippers, jazz shoes, or tennis shoes committed to the studio (they must not have been worn outside). ??Dancers may arrive dressed for class, or arrive early with a change of clothes to change into in the dressing room prior to class.
At instructor’s discretion, dancers not adhering to the attire policy may be prohibited from participating in class, and may be sent home.
